About & How We Get Our Data
manpower.broker is a free directory of U.S. staffing agencies, recruiters and public job centers, with free markup and hiring-cost tools. It is run by Cute and Honey LLC, Houston, Texas. We are not a staffing agency or recruiter: we do not place workers, take applications or broker jobs. We are not affiliated with ManpowerGroup or its Manpower brand, or with any listed company. Here "manpower" is simply the everyday word for workforce.
How We Are Different
- No pay-to-rank. Every listing is free and shown in the same way. Companies cannot buy a higher position or a badge.
- No sold leads. We do not ask for your phone number or email, and we never sell contact details. You contact companies directly.
- No invented reviews, ratings or prices. We only show facts from public data; tools use the numbers you enter.
- Free tools without sign-up. The calculators run in your browser.
The site is supported by display advertising, which is clearly separate from the listings.
Where the Listings Come from
- Businesses (1,951): OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, Open Database License). We include U.S. places tagged as employment agencies or recruitment offices, plus businesses whose names clearly say staffing, recruiting, employment agency or a known staffing brand. Military and police recruiting offices are left out. This covers what volunteers have mapped, so it is not a complete list of every agency.
- Industries are our best estimate from the map tags and the business name, so an office may fill more kinds of jobs than we show. Offices with no clear specialty appear under General Staffing. Always ask what an office fills today.
- City names come from the address on the map or, if missing, the nearest U.S. Census Bureau 2024 Gazetteer place.
- Last refreshed: November 6, 2026. We plan to refresh every three months.
Which Pages Google Sees
Listing pages with fewer than two contact facts (phone, website, street address, hours or a description), and very small city pages, are kept out of search (noindex) until the map has more detail. They are still reachable here.
Prices and Rules of Thumb
We do not publish price tables we cannot verify. Where a guide uses a rule of thumb (for example, a typical markup range), it is labeled as one. Official rules (OSHA, FTC, Department of Labor) link to the official source.
